How can I place an order on the site?
To place an order, simply add the items to your basket by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. Once in your shopping cart, you can place an order by following the different steps of the ordering process (address, delivery, payment, etc.). By reviewing your order, you validate and accept the General Conditions of Sale of our site.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming it. If you do not receive it after a few minutes, check your spam or junk mail folder and verify that the email address is correct. If you still do not receive it, please contact our customer service team from this link .
How do I track orders?
In your account area, click on the "My order history and details" section. You can then access the list of your orders. Go to the line of the order for which you are looking for tracking and in the "My order details" column click on "Data". Below you will find the details of your order and the tracking number to check it with the shipping company.
In addition, the tracking link from our shipping company will be sent by email as soon as the order is shipped.
How do I use my discount codes?
If you have been notified that a discount code has been made available to you in your customer account, these are the steps you should follow:
1° Go to your customer account, "Discount coupons" tab.
2° Copy your code to paste it into your basket during your next purchase at Altonadock.
Codes must be entered into the shopping cart in the "promotional code" box provided.
3° The amount of your promotional code will be deducted from the total amount of the products purchased.
Attention:
Your discount codes can only be used by you and are linked to your customer account. Your credit is only valid once. If you return the product, it will not be "reactivated".
I would like to cancel my order
You can send your request by contacting customer service from this link
However, we cannot guarantee that your cancellation request will be considered in time.
In this case, a free refund will be processed. (The refund may take up to 10 days to appear in your bank account)
Can I add items to an existing order?
Once you have completed your order we will not be able to add new products to your order. If you wish to add them you will have to make a new purchase.

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times in mainland Spain are 2-3 (working days).
During sales or special promotions this period may be extended.

To which countries can I send my order?
Altonadock ships to all European countries.
- Spain : Deliveries in Spain are made by the transport company Correos Express.
- For deliveries to the rest of Europe, please contact our team at this link and we will inform you about the conditions.
What are the shipping costs?
Altonadock ships to the following European countries:
- Spain : Shipping costs within mainland Spain are €3.95. Shipping is free for purchases over €50.
The transport company in charge of shipments to Spain is Correos Express
- No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
- Shipping costs may vary for shipments to the rest of Europe . Find out about our international rates here .
What can I do if I am absent on the day of delivery?
If you have selected home delivery, you will have two delivery attempts. If you are absent on the first day, the transport company will call you to arrange the second delivery. Make sure you are present on that day, otherwise you will have to go to the nearest office to collect the package.
In case of excessive delay, you can contact our customer service at this link . Our team will provide you with the number of the transport company corresponding to your order.

Can my delivery address be different from the billing address?
Yes. When you place an order, in the "Addresses" step, you have the option to add a different delivery address by unchecking the "Use the same address for billing" box. You can also change your addresses in "My Account" by clicking on "My Addresses" and then selecting a delivery address and adding a different billing address.
What should I do if the courier loses my order or if it is not delivered?
-If the courier has lost the shipment. In this case, you must contact our team at this link to resolve the incident.
- If your order has not been delivered even though the tracking number indicates that the order has been delivered. In this case, you must contact our team at this link to resolve the issue with the corresponding courier company.
Since your package will be delivered without a signature, it is essential to contact the transport company corresponding to your order to file a claim with their service.
Altonadock's customer service will not be able to intervene to file a claim on your behalf, but you can inform us of the incident so we can help you resolve it as soon as possible.
Once the shipping company has completed its investigation into your claim, you will be sent an email to inform you of:
- that your order will be compensated because it has been recognized that there was a problem during delivery.
- that the investigation shows that your order was actually delivered to the indicated address.
>> In both cases, you must forward this email to our customer service department, so that we can intervene in the refund or not of your order.
- If delivery has not been made due to an error in the address provided by the customer. In this case Altonadock will not be responsible for the costs of the order or the shipping, so if you want the order and it has been lost, you will have to place a new order with the correct address.

What are the payment methods?
You can pay for your order by:
- Credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express and Maestro)
- Paypal (with credit card or Paypal account)

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
I want to return my order, what should I do?
All returns will be accepted within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order. You can manage your return here .
How long does it take to get my money back?
When you return an order, the waiting period for the refund to be processed is one week. Once the refund has been processed, depending on the bank, the transaction may take a few days to reach your account, so the refund will take a maximum of 15 days to appear in your bank account.
Are shipping costs refunded if I make a return?
Shipping costs are not refundable. They will only be refunded if:
- The product received does not correspond to the initial order.
- Receiving a defective product
What is the cost of the return?

- You can make your return free of charge at Altonadock stores. Currently, this service is only available at official Altonadock stores in Madrid, A Coruña and Valencia.
How to make changes or returns in a physical store?
To make an exchange , you must first register your return through the "My orders" section within your customer account. Then, through the form , chat or phone ( +34 518 90 05 26) , you can provide us with the necessary information. Finally, you can make the exchange in the official Altonadock stores located in Madrid and A Coruña . If the new size you want is available in your nearest store, come and you can take it instantly by delivering the item to be exchanged. It is recommended to call the store beforehand to check availability and even reserve the item for a few hours. *In case the new item has a price difference, a new purchase must be made with the desired item and proceed with the return of the initial item.
