The Legal Notice published on this website identifies the owner as established in Art. 10 of the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and contains information on the personal data protection policy.

The products offered on this page are intended for consumption, so the sales contract is made at the time the customer issues the express confirmation of his order. For this reason, ALTONADOCK, SL, recommends reading the entire legal notice and these general conditions before accepting the order.

This contract is entered into within the legal framework established for Electronic Commerce by Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, taking into account Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the regulation of retail trade, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on general contracting conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the defense of consumers and users and Law 3/2014, of March 27. The contracting conditions are as follows:

The characteristics of the products offered on this site appear on the screen along with their visual identification.

Prices.

The prices in force on the website at the time of placing the order will apply. The price of the products is detailed next to each one. VAT is included, which will be broken down later in the purchasing process.

Steps to follow to place orders.

You must select the items you are interested in, indicating the number of units and clicking on the “add to basket” button to add them to the shopping cart. At any time you can view the contents of the shopping cart, where you will be able to see the selected items, their price, taxes and shipping costs. From this same window, before sending the order, you can correct, change or cancel the selected products.

When you have finished choosing products, click on the “cart” and “next” options. If you are a registered user, you will have to enter your credentials; otherwise, you will have to enter your email address and create an account with your personal data. Once the user data has been validated, the delivery address will be confirmed and the shipping method will be chosen.

Afterwards, you will need to accept the Purchase Conditions by checking an acceptance box. As a final step, you will have to choose the payment method and you will be redirected to the payment gateway. Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation of the purchase made.

Order tracking.

Once the order has been placed, it will be archived so that it can be accessed via the Internet until it has been delivered.

Confirmation of Order Receipt.

Each time the company receives an order, a confirmation email is sent within 24 hours of receipt, except in the case of receipt on holidays or weekends, in which case the confirmation will be sent on the business day following receipt.

Payment methods.

ALTONADOCK, SL has several ways to accept payment for orders. Each one has very high security standards to ensure payment is made with complete confidence.

Payment for the price of the products will be made using one of the methods indicated below:

- Payment by credit card. Visa, or MasterCard. The customer can choose payment by credit card, so that the transaction will be confirmed at the time the order is placed.

- Payment by Paypal . The user is aware that payment by this means implies acceptance of the privacy conditions of Paypal, which are separate from those of this website.

- Payment by bank transfer. The customer must make a bank transfer for the total amount of the transaction to the account indicated by the seller. A maximum period of three working days is established from the confirmation of the order to receive the amount. If after this period the transfer has not been made, the order will be automatically cancelled and the contract will be deemed terminated.

The client must indicate the following information in the transfer:

-DNI or NIF and name of the natural or legal person to whom the order must be invoiced.

-Order number, automatically assigned by the system at the end of the purchase process, in the transfer concept.

-Indicate ALTONADOCK, SL as the beneficiary of the transfer

Right of withdrawal.

In accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the client will have the right to withdraw from the contract during a period of 14 calendar days without having to provide justification, except for legal exceptions.

The withdrawal period will end 14 calendar days after the date of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify his decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the withdrawal form template below, although its use is not mandatory. Both the email address and the postal address to which you can send your request appear at the end of these purchase conditions.

To determine compliance with the withdrawal period, the date of issue of the withdrawal declaration will be taken into account. ALTONADOCK, SL will promptly notify the customer on a durable medium of receipt of said withdrawal, if the exercise of this right is received by email.

ALTONADOCK, SL will reimburse all payments received from the customer, including, where applicable, delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which it was informed of the customer's decision to withdraw from the contract. ALTONADOCK, SL will make the reimbursement using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer states otherwise and provided that the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement. However, if the customer has expressly selected a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method, ALTONADOCK, SL will not be obliged to reimburse any additional costs arising therefrom.

The customer must return the products that make up the order to be returned to ALTONADOCK, SL in perfect condition, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which he communicates his decision to withdraw from the contract to ALTONADOCK, SL. This period will be considered to have been met if the customer returns the goods before the 14 calendar day period has ended. The customer will only bear the direct costs of returning the order.

The client will be liable for any decrease in the value of the securities resulting from any manipulation of the securities other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.

Withdrawal form.

ALTONADOCK, SL provides this form to customers who, having purchased a product on this website, wish to withdraw from the sales contract. However, in order to facilitate the right of withdrawal, all fields in this form must be completed by the customer:

Applicable warranties.

All products offered through the website are completely original, unless otherwise stated in their description. All have a three-year warranty period, in accordance with the criteria and conditions described in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Shipping methods, delivery times and transport

- Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products offered on the Website. Shipping costs will appear for express acceptance by the user before completing the purchase process and once the user has provided the shipping address for the order. You will be able to see the costs stated on the invoice. In the event of returning the merchandise, shipping costs will be borne by the customer. ALTONADOCK, SL will charge shipping costs for each delivery. Except when returning the product free of charge to Altonadock stores. *Currently, this service is only available in the official Altonadock stores in Madrid, A Coruña and Valencia. The minimum order is €9, VAT included.

The order will be pending until all products are available. If the customer wishes to receive partial orders, they must contact ALTONADOCK, SL so that they can tell them how to proceed. To avoid delays in the delivery of available products, ALTONADOCK, SL recommends not mixing reserve products with products available in the catalogue and placing orders separately.

- Delivery and transport time:

ALTONADOCK, SL uses Correos Express for its deliveries. The average delivery time is between 72 and 96 hours depending on the delivery address for products that are in our stock. For the rest of the products, it will be 7 working days from the date of placing your order, provided that it has been placed from Monday to Friday before 5 p.m. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are prepared from Monday or the first working day.

The current shipping areas are Peninsular Spain, Portugal, France, Germany and the Balearic Islands.

- Pricing policy.

ALTONADOCK, SL unilaterally reserves the right to modify the price of the products offered through this website. The prices in force in the advertising coinciding with the time of formalization of the order will be applied, to guarantee the customer the veracity of the price of the products.

Online dispute resolution.

In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the online resolution of disputes between the consumer and ALTONADOCK, SL, without having to resort to the courts, through the intervention of a third party, called the Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between the two parties. This body is neutral and will dialogue with both parties to reach an agreement, and may ultimately suggest and/or impose a solution to the conflict. Applicable law and jurisdiction.

These conditions shall be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in all matters not expressly stated. The parties agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these Conditions. In the event that the consumer is domiciled outside of Spain, the Parties expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals closest to the town of VILLAVICIOSA DE ODÓN (Spain).
