SHIPMENTS TO SPAIN/PENINSULA

- Home delivery €3.95 in 1-2 working days if you place your order before 1pm. Free for orders over €50.

- Free shipping to store within 1-2 business days for all orders (to official stores in Madrid, A Coruña and Valencia).

*This period may be longer during sales, Christmas, Black Friday or special promotions.

The transport company responsible for shipments to Spain is CORREOS EXPRESS. Shipments are not made to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each one individually. We are not responsible for any damage your package may suffer after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 business days of receipt of order.

For any order management you can contact us through the web form , chat, or call us at +34 518 90 05 26. (We answer calls from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.)

For size changes , we offer two options. First, you must register your return through the "My orders" section within your customer account. Then, from the form , chat or phone, you can tell us which option you have chosen.

- Home exchange: Altonadock will cover the shipping and collection costs. You simply need to contact us to tell us that you want a size exchange and the size you need so that if it is available we can help you with the exchange.

- Exchanges in official Altonadock stores in Madrid, A Coruña and Valencia. If the new size you want is available in your nearest store, you can go and take it immediately by handing in the exchange. We recommend that you call the store beforehand to check availability and even reserve the item for a few hours.

* In the case of an item with a price difference, a new purchase must be made with the desired item and the initial item must be returned.

For returns with a refund, we offer three options. First, you must register your return through the "My orders" section in your customer account. Then, from the form , chat or phone, you can tell us which option you have chosen.

- Deposit the return with the label that we will provide you with on the package at any Post Office (this return has a cost of €3.95).

- Make your return free of charge in Altonadock stores. *Currently, service available only for official Altonadock stores in Madrid, A Coruña and Valencia.

- Send us the order using the courier company of your choice, assuming the costs of said courier. Address: C/ FLORIDA, 28. POL. IND. QUITAPESARES - 28670 VILLAVICIOSA DE ODÓN (Madrid).

Returns of orders placed online at El Corte Inglés will not be accepted. Pre-sale items cannot be returned. Your returned items will be sent to our offices for a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase within 15 working days.
