The Legal Notice published on this website identifies the owner in accordance with the provisions of Art. 10 of the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and contains information on the policy of protection of personal data. 

The products offered on this page are intended for consumption, so the contract of sale is made at the time the customer issues the express confirmation of your order. For this reason, ALTONADOCK, S.L., recommends the full reading of the legal notice and these general conditions before accepting the order. 

This contract is concluded within the legal framework established for Electronic Commerce by Law 34/2002 of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, taking into account the Law 7/1996 of 15 January 1996 on the regulation of retail trade, Law 7/1998 of 13 April 1998 on general conditions of contracting, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November 2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the protection of consumers and users and Law 3/2014 of 27 March 2014. The contracting conditions are as follows: 

Characteristics of the products. 

The characteristics of the products offered on this site appear on the screen together with their visual identification. 

Prices. 

The prices in force on the website at the time of placing the order will be applied. The price of the products is detailed next to each one of them. VAT is included, this will be broken down later in the purchase process. 

Languages in which orders can be placed.

The steps to follow to place an order:

You must select the articles you are interested in, informing the number of units and clicking on the "add to basket" button to add them to the shopping basket. At any time you can view the contents of the shopping basket, where you can see the items selected, their price, taxes and shipping costs. From this same window, before sending the order, you can correct, change or cancel the selected products. 

When you have finished choosing products, click on "cart" and "next". If you are a registered user, you will have to provide your credentials, otherwise, you will have to provide your e-mail address and create an account with your personal data. Once the user's details have been validated, the delivery address will be confirmed and the delivery method will be chosen. 

Subsequently, it will be necessary to accept the Conditions of Purchase by ticking an acceptance box. The last step is to choose the payment method and you will be redirected to the payment gateway. Once the process has been completed, you will receive a confirmation of the purchase made. 

Order tracking. 

Once the order has been placed, it will be archived so that it can be accessed via the Internet until it has been delivered. 

Confirmation of Order Receipt. 

Each time the company receives an order, an e-mail confirmation of receipt is sent within 24 hours of receipt, except in the case of orders received on holidays or weekends, when confirmation will be sent on the working day following receipt. 

Methods of payment. 

ALTONADOCK, S.L. has several ways of accepting payment for orders. Each with very high security standards to ensure payment with confidence. 

The payment of the price of the products will be made by one of the methods indicated below: 

- Payment by credit card. Visa, or MasterCard. The customer can choose to pay by credit card, so that the transaction will be confirmed at the time the order is placed.

- Payment by Paypal. The user is aware that payment by this means implies acceptance of Paypal's privacy conditions, which are different from those of this website. 

-Payment by bank transfer. The customer must make a bank transfer for the total amount of the transaction to the account indicated by the seller. If after this period the transfer has not been made, the order will be automatically cancelled and the contract will be understood to be terminated. 

The customer must indicate the following details on the transfer: 

-DNI or NIF and name of the natural or legal person to whom the order is to be invoiced. 

-Order number, automatically assigned by the system at the end of the purchase process, in the concept of the transfer. 

-Indicate ALTONADOCK, S.L. as the beneficiary of the transfer. 

Right of withdrawal. 

In accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the customer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract for a period of 14 calendar days without giving any reason, unless otherwise provided by law. 

The withdrawal period shall end after 14 calendar days from the day of conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not obligatory. The e-mail address and postal address to which you can send your request appear at the end of these conditions of purchase. 

To determine the observance of the withdrawal period, the date of issue of the declaration of withdrawal will be taken into account. ALTONADOCK, S.L. will communicate without delay to the customer on a durable medium the acknowledgement of receipt of such withdrawal, in case of receiving the exercise of this right via email. 

ALTONADOCK, S.L. will refund any payment received from the customer, including, where appropriate, delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which it has been informed of the customer's decision to withdraw from the contract. ALTONADOCK, S.L. will make the refund using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer expresses otherwise and provided that it does not incur any costs as a result of the refund. However, in the event that the customer has expressly selected a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery, ALTONADOCK, S.L. shall not be obliged to reimburse the additional costs arising therefrom. 

The customer must return the products that make up the order object of the return to ALTONADOCK, S.L. in perfect condition, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which it communicates its decision to withdraw from the contract to ALTONADOCK, S.L.. This period shall be deemed to have been met if the customer returns the goods before the 14 calendar day period has expired. The customer will only bear the direct costs of returning the order. 

The customer shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning. 

Cancellation form. 

ALTONADOCK, S.L. provides this form to customers who have purchased a product on this website, you want to cancel the contract of sale. However, in order to facilitate the right of withdrawal, all fields on this form must be completed by the customer:

Applicable warranties. 

All products offered through the website are completely original, unless otherwise stated in their description. They all have a warranty period of three years, in accordance with the criteria and conditions described in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. 

Methods of shipment, delivery time and transport. 

- Shipping costs: 

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products offered on the Web. The shipping costs will appear for express acceptance by the user before completing the purchase process and once the user has provided the shipping address of the order. You will be able to see the costs on the invoice. In case of return of the goods, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. ALTONADOCK, S.L. will charge shipping costs for each delivery. Except when making the return for free at Altonadock stores. *Currently, this service is only available at Altonadock's official stores in Madrid and A Coruña. The minimum order is 9 €, VAT included. 

The shipment of the order will be pending until all products are available. If the customer wants to receive partial orders, you should contact ALTONADOCK, SL to indicate the operation to follow. To avoid delays in the delivery of available products, ALTONADOCK, S.L. recommends not to mix stock products with products available in the catalogue and place orders separately. 

- Delivery and transport time: 

ALTONADOCK, S.L. uses the agency Correos Express for its shipments. The average delivery time is between 72 and 96 hours depending on the delivery address for products that are in our stock, for the rest of products will be 7 working days from the completion of your order, provided that this has been made from Monday to Friday before 17 hours. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be prepared from Monday or the first working day. 

The current shipping areas are Spain Mainland, Portugal, France, Germany and Balearic Islands. 

- Pricing policy:

ALTONADOCK, S.L. unilaterally reserves the right to change the price of the products offered through this Web site, will apply the current prices in advertising coinciding with the time of the formalization of the order, to ensure the customer the accuracy of the price of products. 

Online dispute resolution. 

Pursuant to Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the resolution of online disputes between the consumer and ALTONADOCK, S.L., without the need to resort to the courts of law, through the intervention of a third party, called Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between the two. This body is neutral and will dialogue with both parties in order to reach an agreement, and may finally suggest and/or impose a solution to the conflict. Applicable law and jurisdiction. 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in all matters not expressly established. The parties agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of the consumer any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services covered by these Conditions. In the event that the consumer is domiciled outside Spain, the Parties expressly waive any other forum, submitting themselves to the Courts and Tribunals closest to the town of VILLAVICIOSA DE ODÓN (Spain).
