SHIPPING SPAIN / PENINSULA

- Home delivery for €3.95 in 1-2 business days if you place your order before 13:00h. Free for orders over €50.

- Free store delivery in 1-2 business days for all orders (to official stores in Madrid and A Coruña).

*This timeframe may be extended during sales, Christmas, Black Friday, or specific promotions.

The shipping company responsible for deliveries to Spain is CORREOS EXPRESS. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are not available. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied individually for each. We are not responsible for any damage your package may incur after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

For shipments to the rest of Europe or worldwide, please inquire about conditions by using our web form.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 business days following the receipt of the order.

For any order-related inquiries, you can contact us through the web form, chat, or by calling +34 518 90 05 26. (We attend calls from 9:00h to 14:00h)

For size exchanges, we offer two options. First, you should register your return through the "My Orders" section within your customer account. Then, through the form, chat, or phone, you can inform us of your chosen option.

- Home Exchange: Altonadock covers the shipping costs and pickup. You just need to contact us to let us know that you want a size exchange and provide the size you need, so we can help you with the exchange if available.

- Exchange at official Altonadock stores in Madrid and A Coruña. If the new size you want is available at your nearest store, you can visit and get it instantly by exchanging the item. We recommend calling the store beforehand to check availability and even reserve the garment for a few hours.

In the event of an item with a price difference, a new purchase must be made with the desired item, and the initial item should be returned.

For refundable returns, we offer three options. First, you should register your return through the "My Orders" section within your customer account. Then, through the form, chat, or phone, you can inform us of your chosen option.

- Deposit the return with the label we provide in any Correos office (this return has a cost of €3.95).
- Make your return for free at Altonadock stores. *Currently, this service is only available at official Altonadock stores in Madrid and A Coruña.
- Send us the order via the courier company of your choice, assuming the costs of that courier. Address: C/ FLORIDA, 28. POL. IND. QUITAPESARES - 28670 VILLAVICIOSA DE ODÓN (Madrid).
Returns at El Corte Inglés for orders placed online will not be accepted. The items from your return will be sent to our offices for a refund in the same payment method used in the purchase within 15 business days.

*If you have returned an item that cannot be accepted, we will contact you and send it back to you with postage due.
