BUYING IN ALTONADOCK IS VERY SIMPLE

ORDER

  • HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ON ALTONADOCK

    View the product/s, with a click the photo will be enlarged so you can see all the details of our garment. Select the size and add the product to the basket. You can continue buying or process your order. We make the payment method through the Paypal gateway, where you can choose to pay by Paypal account, by bank transfer or by credit card.

  • SHIPPING COSTS

    All shipments have a shipping cost of € 6 (VAT included). Free shipping applies on orders over € 50. 

DELIVERY

  • DELIVERY TIME

    The delivery time for products in stock will be 5 business days for Peninsular Spain. In case of not having it in stock, the maximum delivery time will be 14 working days with prior notice to the buyer.

  • DELIVERY OF ORDERS

    Once the order is placed on the web, it will be processed for shipping. All orders received before 2:00 p.m. will be processed on the day ; past that time, they will be processed the next day. The customer will receive an email when the order has started the shipping process. The orders will be delivered to the address designated by the client, therefore, ALTONADOCK assumes no responsibility when the delivery cannot be made as a result of the data provided not being correct, inaccurate or incomplete. In the event that the delivery address is wrong or the recipient subsequently modifies it, the € 9 re-shipment costs will be borne by the customer. In the event that the order is rejected by the recipient or the recipient is absent, ALTONADOCK assumes no responsibility and reserves the right to charge the customer 100% of the order value.

CANCELLATIONS

  • CANCELLATIONS 

    The order can be canceled until 2:00 p.m. on the day it was placed on the web. For cancellations, the client will have to notify it by writing to the email info@altonadock.com. In case the order has already been processed for shipment, the customer will have to follow the return process.

  • RETURN OF THE GOODS

    If when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you have a period of 14 days, counting from the date of receipt to execute the right of return. In case of return, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Also, the collection costs will be paid by the customer € 9. To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the accessories or promotional gifts included in your case. Onc the merchandise has been received in our warehouses, and after checking its condition, the amount will be reimbursed in accordance with the payment method made by the client, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt. In any case, the return of defective products and erroneous shipments will be accepted, being ALTONADOCK who will be responsible for the shipping costs provided that the client communicates this circumstance within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the shipment.   • USE OF THE DATA COLLECTED

    They will be used exclusively for the management of ALTONADOCK services and in no case will they be transferred to third parties. By registering or identifying as a buyer, the user agrees to periodically receive a newsletter by email. You can cancel such acceptance at any time.
