The Legal Notice published on this website identifies the owner in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and contains information on the policy of protection of personal data.
The products offered on this page are intended for consumption, so the contract of sale is made at the time the customer issues the express confirmation of your order. For this reason, ALTONADOCK, S.L. (from now on ALTONADOCK), recommends the complete reading of the legal notice and these general conditions before accepting the order.
The present contract is concluded within the legal framework established for Electronic Commerce by Law 34/2002 of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, taking into account Law 7/1996, of 15th January on the regulation of retail trade, Law 7/1998, of 13th April, on general contracting conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16th November, which approves the rewritten text of the general Law for the defence of consumers and users and Law 3/2014, of 27th March. The contracting conditions are as follows:

The characteristics of the products offered on this site appear on the screen together with their visual identification.
The current prices shown on the website at the time the order is placed will be applied. The price of the products is detailed next to each one of them. VAT is included.
LANGUAGES IN WHICH ORDERS CAN BE PLACED
THE STEPS TO FOLLOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
You must select the articles you are interested in by informing the number of units and clicking on the "add to cart" button to add them to the shopping cart. At any time you can view the contents of the shopping basket, where you can see the selected articles, their price, taxes and shipping costs. From this same window, before sending the order you can correct, change or cancel the selected products.
When you have finished choosing products, click on the "cart" option and "next". If you are registered as a user you will have to inform your credentials, otherwise you will have to provide your e-mail and create an account with your personal data. Once the user's details have been validated, the delivery address will be confirmed and the delivery method chosen.
Subsequently, it will be necessary to accept the Purchase Conditions by checking an acceptance box. As a last step you will have to choose the payment method and you will be redirected to the payment gateway. Once the process has been completed, you will receive a confirmation of the purchase made.
Once the order has been placed, it will be archived so that it can be accessed via the Internet until it has been delivered.
CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT OF ORDER
Every time the company receives an order, a confirmation of receipt email is sent within 24 hours of receipt of the order, except in the case of receipt on public holidays or weekends, when the confirmation will be sent on the working day following receipt.
ALTONADOCK has several ways to accept payment for orders. Each with very high security standards to ensure payment with complete confidence. The payment of the price of the products will be made by one of the following ways :
- Payment by credit card. Visa, or MasterCard. The customer can choose to pay by credit card, so that the operation will be confirmed at the time of the order.
We guarantee that every transaction made at Altonadock is 100% secure. All transactions involving the transmission of personal or bank details are carried out using a secure environment. Altonadock uses a server based on the standard security technology SSL (Secure Socked Layer). All information you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network. Likewise, your credit card details are not recorded in any database but go directly to the Bank's POS (Point of Sale) terminal.
Furthermore, we inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated in our payment gateway the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). In this way, if you are a holder of a "securised" card, you can always make payments by VISA or MASTERCARD in our shop.
In the event that your card is not attached to this payment system, Altonadock will only accept payment by VISA or MASTERCARD to customers with proven track record and reliability.
In both cases, when paying by VISA or MASTERCARD the following data will always be requested: the card number, expiry date, and a Validation Code that coincides with the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus offering further guarantees regarding the security of the transaction.
Important : Credit card fraud is a crime and Altonadock will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction on our online shop.
- Payment with Paypal. The user is aware that payment by this means implies the acceptance of Paypal's privacy conditions, which are alien to those of this website.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the client will have the right to withdraw from the contract for a period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate any justification, except in the case of legal exceptions. Specifically, the withdrawal will not be applicable to those sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
The withdrawal period shall end 14 calendar days after the date of conclusion of the contract. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify his or her decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not obligatory. Both the e-mail address and the postal address to which you may address your request appear at the end of these purchasing conditions.
The date of issue of the notice of withdrawal will be taken into account to determine compliance with the withdrawal period. ALTONADOCK will communicate without delay to the customer on a durable medium the acknowledgement of receipt of this withdrawal, in case of receipt of the exercise of this right via email.
ALTONADOCK will refund any payment received from the Customer, including, where appropriate, delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which it has been informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw from the contract. ALTONADOCK will make the refund using the same means of payment employed by the client for the initial transaction, unless the client expresses otherwise and provided that the client does not incur any expense as a result of the refund. However, in the event that the customer has expressly selected a delivery method other than the least expensive method of ordinary delivery, ALTONADOCK will not be obliged to reimburse any additional costs resulting from this.
The Customer must return the products that make up the order to ALTONADOCK in perfect condition, without any undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which he communicates his decision to withdraw from the contract to ALTONADOCK. This period will be considered to have been met if the Customer returns the goods before the end of the 14 calendar day period. The customer will only bear the direct costs of returning the order.
The customer will be responsible for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling them other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.
ALTONADOCK provides this form to customers who, having purchased a product on this website, wish to withdraw from the contract of sale.
Nevertheless, and in order to facilitate the right of withdrawal, all the fields of this form must be completed by the client:

All products offered through the website are completely original, unless otherwise indicated in their description. All have a two-year guarantee period, in accordance with the criteria and conditions described in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approved the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
SHIPPING METHODS, DELIVERY TIME AND TRANSPORT
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products offered on the website. The shipping costs will appear for the user's express acceptance before the end of the purchase process and once the user has provided the shipping address of the order. You will be able to see the costs shown on the invoice. In case of return of the goods, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
ALTONADOCK will charge shipping costs for each delivery. The expected delivery costs are 3.95 Shipping costs will be free of charge for orders over 50 euros.
The delivery of the order will be pending until all the products are available. If the customer wishes to receive partial orders, he must contact ALTONADOCK to be informed of the operation to be followed. To avoid delays in the delivery of available products, ALTONADOCK recommends not mixing reserve products with available products from the catalogue and placing separate orders.
DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT TIME
The estimated delivery time is between 24/48 hours depending on the delivery address for products that are in our stock, for the rest of the products it will be 7 working days, from the moment you place your order, provided that the order has been placed from Monday to Friday before 5pm. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are prepared from Monday or the first working day.
At present, orders are sent to mainland Spain (therefore, orders are not sent to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
ALTONADOCK unilaterally reserves the right to modify the price of the products offered through this web site, the prices in force will be applied in the publicity coinciding with the moment of the formalisation of the order, to guarantee the client the veracity of the price of the products.
ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the resolution of online disputes between the consumer and ALTONADOCK, without the need to go to court, through the intervention of a third party, called the Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between the two. This body is neutral and will dialogue with both parties to reach an agreement, and may finally suggest and/or impose a solution to the conflict. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions shall be governed by or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in those matters not expressly established. The parties agree to submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these Conditions. In the event that the consumer is domiciled outside Spain, the Parties expressly waive any other forum, submitting themselves to the Courts and Tribunals closest to the town of Madrid (Spain).
