RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 business days of receipt of order.

* WE EXTENDED THE RETURN PERIOD : All orders placed from November 24 to December 26 have an extended return period until January 10, 2025.

• Make your return here . The cost of the return is €3.95. If you prefer that we collect it from your home, the cost is €4.90.
• You can make your return for free at official Altonadock stores. First register your return here and select return in store. You can take your package to any of our stores:

*Returns will not be accepted at El Corte Inglés for orders placed online. Pre-sale items cannot be returned. The items you return will be sent to our offices for a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase within 15 working days.

For changes , you must proceed with the return and new purchase of the desired item.

Or, exchange it for a gift card that you can redeem whenever you want since it does not expire.

You can also go to any official Altonadock store and get the exchange for free in store.
